Inspections of all contruction are done in accordance with NYS Uniform Fire
Prevention and Building Code.
Certificates (C of O and C of C) are issues only when the contruction is violation
free, and all health and
electrical certificates (if needed) are current and in order, and all fees
have been paid.
Dollar value is to be verified by an acceptable contractor. If estimate is
based on materialand his own labor,
the permit will not be issued until an agreement can be reached over the true
value of the contruction.
Any extra time spent for Building Inspector's evaluation shall be charged
at $25.00 per hour.
Any time spent by the Building Inspector for multiple review of contracotr's
plans for acctability after requested
changes are made, shall be charged at $25.00 per hour.
Any re-inspection for unacceptable work or for any other reasonable cause
shall be charged at $25.00 per hour.
